Comfortable home base for a couple staying in Paris

Easy to drop in and be comfortable. It has everything we needed.

Check in was later than usual but we appreciate the owner let us check in at 5p vs 7p. “Gorgeous” in the description is a reach, but it was cute, comfortable and clean.

Great place to stay

The apartment is new and really well-equipped. We had everything we needed at hand. The location is also superb: many cafes, shops, theatres and it's close to several metro stations, a railway station and bus stops. Yet, at night it was quiet and we slept well there. The host is nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

For us it was not a problem but those who have mobility issues can find the staircase leading to the apartment quite challenging and there's no lift.

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Paris

L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir Paris, proche de la gare Montparnasse et de plusieurs lignes de métro. Le quartier est vivant sans être trop bruyant, il y a de nombreux bars et restaurant à coté. Le logement est plutôt spacieux pour deux personnes, assez bien équipé et la décoration est moderne et agréable.

À notre arrivée, il manquait certains produits : papier toilettes, sopalin ou du savon pour les mains. Sinon RAS

Great location and cozy apartment

We loved the arrangements of the space. Great taste for decoration and an admirable way to make the most out of the interior. The location is one of the best I have ever had staying in Paris. Lively area with many options for night life and well communicated in terms of public transport of all sorts. Despite all this life around, nothing is heard from inside the apartment. Extremely cleane too. Well done!

Sans faute : appartement tout confort avec un emplacement parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, très bien agencé et décoré avec gout. Tout était complet niveau équipement (sauf étendoir) et très fonctionnel. La propreté était irréprochable. L'emplacement était également parfait, avec un calme reposant dans l'appartement contrastant avec la rue très vivante.

Sejour 4 nuit pour la fete de la musique

La tranquilite, la decoration avec gout, l'emplacement, le mobilier complet. Belle renovation! Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut sopalin, papier wc et produits de lavage et d'entetien, gel douche et shampoing...c'est pratique quand on arrive tard.

Il faudrait une climatisation reversible, la derniere nuit a ete difficile et fenetre ouverte on est reveille le matin tot par les voisins ou les mouches. Il n'y a pas de rideau suffisament occultant aux fenetres, ni de volets pour ceux qui sont deranges par la lumiere. La production d'eau chaude est a cabler en continue et non pas sur heure creuse, nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude apres les 2 douches du matin. L'extracteur d'air de la salle est monte a l'envers: du coup il souffle dans la salle de bain au lieu d'extraire l'humidite!

Nous avons passé qu'une nuit donc ça suffisait mais pas adapté pour un long séjour

Hote disponible et réactif

C'est très petit pour 3 personnes. Pas tres pratique l'escalier spirale etroit et sombre lorsque l'on doit monter nos valises. Cependant, indication facile pour accéder au logement et hôte super réactif. Aussi la literie super confortable et la decoration très moderne avec tout le nécessaire Je recommande lorsqu'on est de passage comme nous.

Logement très propre, confortable et calme. Qq produits d’hygiène à disposition bien pratique. Salle de bain spacieuse. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis Emplacement idéal non loin de la Gare Montparnasse, stations de métro, restaurants etc… Possibilité de déposer nos sacs en avance sur l’horaire prévu

La communication avec l’hôte. Délai de réponse trop long voire inexistant. Dommage ! Même si arrangeant pour les horaires ! Et nous le remercions pour cela

L'emplacement est topissime à proximité de Montparnasse ! Logement rénové récemment, bonne literie, surface acceptable (pour un logement parisien). Proche des transports et points d'intérêt, quartier vivant, en toute sécurité et logement calme car orienté côté jardin. Serviettes de bain, lave-linge séchant, produits de douche, plateau de courtoisie (café) à disposition. Nombreux restaurants à 2 pas, Bobino en face (entre autres théâtres) !!! Propriétaire arrangeant pour early check in et late check out.

Travaux dans l'immeuble (nuisances limitées), eau chaude peu disponible le soir (signalé au propriétaire, qui reglera le problème).
