Stunning 1 bedroom for 4 near Montparnasse

Уже не первый раз бронируем эти апартаменты. И каждый раз в восторге 😍 На месте есть все, кухня, посуда, кастрюли, сковородки, чайник + кофе и чай, удобная душевая кабина, постельное, полотенца, гели для душа и шампуни, утюг. От квартиры очень удобно добраться до любой точки города и достопримечательностей на общественном транспорте. Обратная связь присутствует и хозяин сразу отвечает, и поможет с любым возникшим вопросом. Также приятно, что от хозяина есть ещё варианты апартаментов по Парижу на любую площадь и желания. Однозначно арендуем эти апартаменты снова, если будем планировать поездку в Париж.

Très bien placé le métro est au pied de l’immeuble, la décoration soignée et l’appartement est exactement comme sur la présentation. Les matelas sont de bonne qualité, c’est calme, la procédure clé, libération de l’appartement et restitution est simple le propriétaire est réactif et sympathique. Il y a des petits bémols comme le bouton de la chasse d’eau cassé, mais utilisable quand même et un fil électrique qui pend sous le sèche serviette, ce sont des détails de peu d’importance tout le reste s’est très bien passé!

Il manquerait un porte manteau à l’entrée pour pouvoir bien se déshabiller et se déchausser.

Propre et bien situé

Il y a une première entrée commune et nous pensons qu il faudrait que ce soit bien expliqué dans les consignes car nous avons eu des soucis de clés sur la première porte qui nous a empêché de rentrer

The location was great and the apartment was nicely decorated.

Before our arrival, I had messaged the host in order to confirm that we would be able to check into our room a few hours early and was told this would be possible. However, when I messaged the host we were on our way to the apartment they informed me of a sudden 70 euro extra charge for early check in even though I had already confirmed early check in a week earlier and this extra cost was never mentioned. Furthermore, the wifi password was not provided up front and we had to ask for it days into our arrival. More importantly, we booked this particular apartment as it was advertised as having air conditioning. However when we got there, the air conditioning unit was not at all set up and not even plugged in. When we messaged the host about this they told us to set it up ourselves but as it is a window air conditioning machine it could not be safely installed in the front opening windows on top of the fact that they did not provide us with the panel in order to install it in the window. When we told the host we were missing parts to install the air conditioner we were rudely informed that the host was now on vacation and would no longer be responding. They provided an alternate number to contact and that person never responded to our inquiries. This is a major health and safety concern. As such, this property did not meet the expectations it was advertised to provide and the hosts were very dismissive and unresponsive the entire time.
