W pokoju nie ma normalnego okna, jest jedno okno, które można otworzyć, ale jest zaklejone folią dlatego w pokoju jest dość wilgotno.

It is at a very convenient location walking distance to metro. Host was super communicative and flexible which makes the check in and out super smooth. The apartment has everything we need for the stay.

The property is very well located, near a Metro Line 4 station (Porte d’Orleans). Also, it is 4-5min by walk away from a lidl store where you can find fruits, veggies, meats (fish and all sorts of sealife available at very good prices!), cheeses, etc! And this is a great plus when you travel with kids that have allergies(like we do). The property has a street wall(probably it used to be a local shop) and can be a bit cold in the winter months - this is fast solved with the individually controlled heaters - great plus as we usually like properties colder than other people. The property has everything you need (even a toothpaste was provided - sealed) and the owners are exetremely nice and fast to reply (we received another address by mistake and they very fastly replied when we asked for confirmation regarding the address on booking). Pans are very good - tefal non stick. Towels are fine, water absorbant. Toilet paper was sufficient and good quality. Not always found in private spaces! All in all, very good quality for the price. Also a fruits and all sort of other necessary items can be bought in other 2 stores that are 2-3min away! Garbage storage is near the property so very helpfull! All like in the photos and even a bit better! Thanks Elisa and Thierry for having us!

A little bit loud in the morning if you use the livingroom to sleep into due to one wall straight to the street (if you open the window to air and look outside you will be greates by nice people saying “Bonjour madame/monsiuer!” - that is very funny😍). There is a homeless man(he is harmless) that has his “house” near the bus depot and a rromany gipsy woman by train station. But this is apparently normal in Paris. This is nevertheless not the properties fault, you just need to stay safe.
