You will regret booking this property!!!

the lack of maintenance and comfort. the attitude of the property manager when we reported that we had ants in the bathroom telling us basically to swallow it as ants are everywhere and it is the season of ants. we were offered to be transferred in another appartement of the castle for 1 night but had to return to the « ant » appartement after that or cancel our booking. We made the property manager have the bathroom kit redone because it was full of moisture and ants were coming in from there. moisture means also lack of cleanliness and maintenance. the radiator of the appartement was broken, could not be stopped and it was overheating the room. we raised the problem again but no reaction from the management. we had to leave the appartment in the end in the middle of the night because it was not possible to sleep in it due to the heating.

Not worth the money at all - the castle from the outside is enough

- Terrible mattress, the double bed mattress was really not comfortable and the sofa bed was broken - The bathroom was disgusting and really needs renovation - The way to the flat was not really engaging: full of old fridge, old cupboard etc - cups in the kitchen were dirty

Wonderful old castle overlooking Montreux and Lake Geneva

A tuly wonderful stay. Spending 4 nights in this unusual castle was a real priviledge. The room was exactly as in the photos. What we had not expected was the wonderful large terrace outside our room with a comfortable seating area. The views from the castle are magnificent. Edgar who checked us in was great and really helpful. Nothing was too much for him. A great experience we hope to repeat one day.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike. Great place if you love something a little unusual. Made a great change to the standard hotel.

Incredible opportunity to stay in a historic chateau but with modern upgrades. Incredible views from the terrace. Also the train station is just a 10 min walk away, pretty convenient

The feeling of living in a chateau. Good location. But the car is a must.

The photos of the room in Booking.com look much better than in reality. The apartment is very dark, almost no day light. Also, the apartment was cleaned not enough, dusts were everywhere.

Schön ruhig

Die Mängelliste ist lang: angefangen mit Stromausfall in der Küche; obwohl wir jemanden erreicht haben, wurde der Stromausfall erst am Folgetag behoben. Als Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir 2 Flaschen Wein; dennoch der Frust war da. Die Terrasse erinnert eher an "Lost Places": total verdreckt, zerfetzte Pergolabekleidung, die Ausssicht auf den Genfer See ist wegen Überwucherung nicht mehr gegeben; eine vergilbte Badewanne mit multiplen Emaille- Abplatzungen, ein verfärbtes WC, fehlende Leuchtmittel, Parkplatz übersäht mit WC- Papier, überfüllte Mülltonne, TV- Auswahl minimal, schwankendes W-Lan, usw. Ist mit Sicherheit ein schöner Unterkunft gewesen, nur heute tendenziell verfallen.

La vue

Le propriétaire m’a confirmé qu’il y’a une machine à café mais ce n’est pas le cas malgré mes appels. Chambre très sale, je suis un client genius 3 de booking, je n’ai jamais vu une telle saleté. Des fourmis et des pièges à fourmis partout… inutile de loger là-bas juste pour la vue.
