I loved the quirky homey feel ( as opposed to a generic hotel room) and the location could not have been better. Denita was extremely helpful with booking taxis to the airport and got back to me immediately. Georgia downstairs was also very friendly and extremely helpful. I even got to eat her delicious home made Bulgarian scones! The room was cool and had all the facilities I needed. The terrace at night was an added bonus.
As a very tall person, the tiny bathroom was a little awkward for me. But everything worked and it was fine for a short stay.

+ perfect location for short (one night) trip
+ nice balcony on the top of the building with stunning view of Acropolis and Athens
- the facilities were pretty old with signs of wear
- uncomfortable beds
- really small toilet (you take a shower standing over the toilet, there is no shower cabin so after shower the floor and everything in the bathroom is completely wet)
- problematic parking because of location (residential zone so you have to pay a lot for the private car park)
