Horrible.

They cancelled my booking with a made up story about a walk in reservation taking the room (walk ins are not possible as it is a pin protected entry apartment facility) and left my family standing in the rain outside. Calls went unanswered.

The property owners didn’t make us aware that a PRIDE Music MainStage for the festival was situated below our window for both nights of the stay - not great with small children.

Do NOT stay here unless you want to go to the gsy bar _ see below.

The flat is right above a gay bar with very loud music until 1.30 a.m. on Sunday night. Flat was full of smoke as the window is over the outdoor bar seating area. Google says bar is shut on Mondays. Should only be on booking for those who want to use the bar.

Good for small budget

The apartment is centrally located, close to central station, shops and restaurants. Nice living room with fridge and kitchenette, and elevator to bring luggage. It would be good for money if they had airco and better beds.

There is no air conditioner, and with the windows open you get the noise from the bars downstairs at night, and from the weekend market very early in the morning. My bed seemed to be a bit broken, didn't get very much sleep. A place with hangers to leave your clothes would be nice too. .

Extreme loud, walls are thin and you can hear every step from above. Emergency door was not correctly installed and made loud vibration noise when someone was passing on the stairs or movement from above

Good location, spacious apartment

Stairs to reach the apartment are extremely narrow and steep, it was like alpinismi to get up with our luggage. The floor of the apartment wasn’t very clean. There weren’t enough blankets, we were cold during the night. The host was responding very late to our questions, usually too late.

Amazing pearl in the middle of Antwerp

Everything is perfect, absolutely unexpected to find a pearl like this in the middle of Antwerp! The atmosphere is cozy, and although it’s in the city center with Bars you don’t hear a noise from the outside. In Addition there’s a free international Netflix account, the bathroom is absolutely amazing as well as the living room. Also getting the key was super easy. We will come back 🙏

Amazing zen feeling

First of all i want to start by telling how welcome the host made us feel at arrival. We are a couple coming each year to visit antwerp and this is by far the best accomodation we have booked so far. Excellent service and what a great place in the heart of antwerp !

came here with my wife and son, to settle him in Antwerp for his University studies..fixed all here.

perfect location..in almost the hearth of Antwerp..walking distance to famous shopping street Meir..if you happen to stay on any Saturday and Sunday, you woke up to a wonderful street market just under the stairs..where you can shop all delicate food, vegetables, fruits, sea food, meat and more..not only shop for yourself to cook and eat in the Loft or get a glass of champagne with wild oysters and enjoy outdoor eating.

Nothing could be better...if you are not looking for a room service at a Hilton like hotel where you get an expensive but industrilized tasteless dish..no, I can't figure out any thing to be better.

Schickes 1 Raum Appartement, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig

Es ist ein stylisches Appartement im Zentrum am Marktplatz. Die Lage ist hervorragend, bis zur Kathedrale sind es 15 min zu Fuß. Des nachts ist es laut, der Lage geschuldet: Kneipen und wenn am nächsten Tag Markt ist, wird die ganze Nacht aufgebaut. Nett eingerichtet mit einem großen schicken Badezimmer. Leider gibt es (außer einem windigen Garderobenhaken am Eingang) keine Möglichkeiten Kleidung zu verräumen. Kein Schrank, nichts. Parkmöglichkeit gleich in einer TG in sehr kurzer Entfernung.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war sehr schwierig. Fragen, die vorab gestellt wurden, wurden nicht beantwortet, dafür kam eine Zahlungsaufforderung per Überweisung für die CityTax über 18 € (warum wurde das nicht gleich mit eingezogen). Telefonisch war auch niemand erreichbar, so dass sich der Tag vor der Anreise schon stressig gestaltete. Inzwischen kostete die Citytax, die nun mit einem Link zu bezahlen war, nur noch 17.82€, aber die Fragen blieben nach wie vor unbeantwortet. Insgesamt unprofessionell. Dann: es handelt sich um ein großes 1 Raum Appartement (+ Bad) und nicht - wie angegeben - um einen Wohnraum und einen Schlafraum. Küche, Bett und Schlafsofa: alles ein Zimmer. (Deklarationsmangel).

De locatie, de grootte en inrichting van het appartement

Geluid van de horeca beneden tot 2:30. Er was keiharde muziek. Heel jammer want het complex is geweldig. Voor de boeking was het contact met de verhuurder goed maar op vragen tijdens het verblijf kreeg ik geen antwoord.

Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub von 4 Tagen, super Unterkunft – sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Top eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll, alles da, das man auch selbst mal Frühstück machen kann Die Lage war perfekt in der City, fußläufig alles erreichbar was wir besichtigen wollten. Shopping alles in der Nähe. Besonders praktisch waren die kleinen Restaurants und Bars rund um die Unterkunft. Unten im Haus konnte man abends in der Spätsonne noch einen Schoppen Wein oder ein Bier genießen. Praktisch war das Parkhaus 20m nebenan, was wir vorher über den Vermieter zusätzlich mit 20 Euro/p.T. gebucht hatten, so stand unsere Auto sicher.

Im Hausflur unten ging nachts immer mal ein sehr lauter Piepser, bzw. Alarm los - irgendeine Fehlmeldung des Brandschutzes. Müsste also mal kontrlliert werden.

De foto’s tijdens het boeken zijn foto’s van verschillende studio’s / appartementen. Onze verwachtingen waren nét iets anders.. badkamer zat in de slaapkamer , dus het andere koppel moest ons bed passeren om ‘s nachts te plassen en er was ook geen deur tussen ‘leefruimte’ en ‘slaapkamer’

Het bed was echt enorm slecht. Een matras was ok het andere matras was veel lager en lag in een soort kuil. Daarmee een hele slechte nachtrust gehad was onacceptabel is voor een accommodatie van bijna 200 euro per nacht.
