It was a very awful experience and the owners do not communicate or respond to any messages. Stay away from this propert

Dirty towels, broken blinds, broken showers in both bathrooms, very bad lighting, very stale environment. The beds are very small. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There was no paper towels or tissue paper. The elevator can only hold one person and a suitcase at one time.

Fantastic during the summer!

We stayed at The Penthouse when the temperature outside was over 30 degrees. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made the stay a relief after a day in the city. Everything you'd expect in an apartment was available. There were also four clean towels and the beds were made. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee spots nearby. For groceries, there's a Delhaize just around the corner. The tram takes you to the city center in no time.

The shower in the small bedroom was extremely hot (over 40 degrees), and adjusting the knob didn’t make it any cooler. Some of the blinds were also broken in places and seemed in need of replacement. It’s definitely not the end of the world, but something to be aware of.

Would definitely return to this fab apartment

Good location near to tram.stop and shops. Good instructions on how to access keys. Very spacious and well fitted-out apartment. Quality finish to appliances.

Cups for hot drinks have no handles. Not enough hand soap for sinks. Only cold water in toilet sink. Water for sink in toilet was turned off at valve due to tap dribbling. Only 1 toilet for whole apartment. Lack of attention to cleaning. Very dusty under tables, on blinds, on light fittings, light switches etc. Annoying especially when 60 euro charged for cleaning fee. Filter in one of air conditioning units was thick with dust until we scraped it off. Only 1 thin pillow per person.

Appartement was not clean. Especially windows and floor; Toaster was defect. Promissed reimbursement of cleaning cost not received.

Spacious retreat from city

Spacious, washer and dryer, terrace, close to train. Nordica was a lovely cafe nearby. Small corner shops very close.

AC was not very powerful and noisy in room, fire alarm of building went off after midnight, lots of slamming of doors throughout the night, cleaning before us missed some spots especially on floor, but vacuum provided. Neighborhood is a bit boring. Entrance downstairs is full of spiders. Lots of scuffs on walls. Most of the blinds appeared broken. Wet towels left in washer. Washer has lots of black gunk in the seals so it needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Het zag er heel goed uit toen we binnenkwamen. Twee badkamers, mooie ruime living. We waren echt verrast.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Waterkraantje in wc lekt. Niet alle blinds gaan omhoog of open/dicht, en zijn heel stoffig. Pedaalemmer kapot. Kast in slaapkamer gaat niet open. Kruiden in kast zijn heel vies/ plakkerig, en de kast zelf ook. Heel jammer allemaal, want t is een heel mooi appartement. Ik zou eea opknappen.

Genoten in dit prachtige penthouse!!

Prachtig penthouse. Alle ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het voelde echt als ons huis. 2 nachten geboekt, 3e nacht aan vastgeplakt. Luc nog gesproken aan de telefoon. Gaf ons nog tips over Antwerpen en hij had alles goed geregeld. Als we ooit weer naar Antwerpen gaan, komen we zeker terug!!! Dank je wel Luc!!!

We hadden gehoopt dat we lekker met z’n 2en in bad konden maar helaas daar was het wat te klein voor. Dat het niet beviel, vind ik een groot woord maar misschien jammer is het juiste woord.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’arrivée autonome permets vraiment une fluidité et un stress en moins!

Il y avait encore du linge sale dans la salle de bain et des canettes dans le frigo à notre arrivée.

Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en praktische locatie icm parkeren en OV en leenfietsen.

Alles was echt prima, bedden, badkamer met bad, mooie keuken, eettafel en zithoek en terras. Over het algemeen ook heel schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Toegang met sleutelkluisje ook prima geregeld en (kleine) lift aanwezig ook fijn. De tips van de host via een digitale link waren erg helpend en leuk!

De vaat in de vaatwasser was schoon maar niet uitgeruimd, de eettafel was niet helemaal schoon. Verder was het wel heel schoon allemaal dus dit alleen als kleine notatie. Het was geen dakterras weer, dus voor ons helemaal niet erg maar ik zou wel de tip meegeven iets te doen of te waarschuwen aan de spekgladde vlonderdelen.

Apto amplo e bem equipado. Boa localizaçâo com acesso a transporte público. Próximo a mercado.

Embora o apto tenha 2 banheiros, possui apenas 1 toilette. Esta informação não tinha ficado clara. O apto precisa de pintura e reposição de utensílios quebrados por uso anterior. A limpeza tb precisa melhorar. O estacionamento na Antuerpia é caro. Para quem planeja ir de carro esteja ciente que ou estaciona bem longe ou vai pagar um valor diário alto para estacionar mais ou menos perto. No nosso caso 20 minutos de caminhada.

Zeer comfortable verblijf, echt een aanrader in Antwerpen

Schoon, ruime appartement met veel privacy. Netjes verzorgd alles was compleet. De communicatie was goed met de host. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en gaan zeker dit appartement onthouden voor een volgende keer.

Parkeermogelijkheden zijn beperkt. Zeer kleine lift als je veel grote koffers hebt. Verder geen opmerkingen.
