Toller Blick in den Sportboothafen

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und in einem top Zustand. Die Bilder treffen es sehr genau. Der Blick von der Couch in den Sportboothafen ist sehr schön. Fester Parkplatz vorm Haus ist ebenfalls super. Man kann zu Fuß zur Alten Liebe laufen.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkons. Der Balkon zum Hafen ist super. Der Balkon auf der Vorderseite kann vom Schlafzimmer betreten werden. Allerdings wird vor dem Haus, direkt unter dem Balkon der Müll des gesamten Häuserblocks gelagert. An warmen Tagen riecht man den Müll sehr. Tlw. so stark, dass man das Schlafzimmerfenster nicht öffnen kann. Wir haben das vor Ort direkt angemerkt. Die Vermietungsbüro Rupprecht hat sich das auch notiert und will dies mit dem Eigentümer besprechen. Die Damen im Büro waren sehr nett. Für uns war es aber eher umständlich, dass wir auf dem Hin- und Rückweg jeweils 20min Umweg fahren mussten um den Schlüssel in Sahlenburg abzuholen bzw. wegzubringen. Es fehlte darüber hinaus ein Rollo für das Schlafzimmerfenster. Über den Vorhang kann man zwar halbwegs verdunkeln, bekommt die Wärme aber nicht mehr raus. Der Fernseher hat nur SamsungTV. Es gab keine normalen Fernsehsender.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone. Einen vom Wohnzimmer zum Hafen, einen vom Schlafzimmer in die entgegengesetzte Richtung. Auch sonst hat es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt.

Den Balkon am Schlafzimmer konnte man nur benutzen, wenn man den Gestank der darunter abgestellter Mülltonnen aushalten wollte. Im Innenliegenden Bad befand sich ein Abluft - Ventilator der sehr laut war.
