New to our lineup and available for booking now for stays starting in January 2026: Located on the peninsula in Cuxhaven’s marina, this 132m² townhouse, City Marina, awaits you. Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the North Sea with up to 6 people—whether as a family or with friends. With its location right in the heart of Cuxhaven’s harbor area, you’ll be close to the ships, the Alte Liebe, the boat docks, and downtown.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens or towels; these items can be booked as add-ons for a fee.

Special Features
In this vacation home, guests have access to a parking space as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles in front of the house. This makes the vacation rental at the marina in Cuxhaven the perfect vacation home for families, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. The private sauna in the house rounds out the overall feel-good experience. The house features an electric vehicle charging station right next to the building, accessible via the ECARUP app or a QR code (11 kW charging capacity—billed directly by credit card based on usage).

The Marina House offers a maritime atmosphere and views of the marina from two balconies or the ground-floor terrace. Guests can access the terrace through the living area, which offers a fantastic view of the passing boats. On balmy summer evenings, guests can wind down their day here under the open sky. All balconies are equipped with seating and lounging areas.

Our vacation homes at City-Marina Cuxhaven can accommodate up to 6 people and feature three separate bedrooms in spaces measuring 102 square meters or 132 square meters. Each vacation home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
