Das Haus ist sehr groß, es ist schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Hafen ist recht nah, der Ausblick ist toll. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Küche ist Stiefmütterlich klein, für 6 Personen ungünstig geplant. Die Teppiche 1+2 Etage sind sehr verschmutzt, aus hygienischen Aspekten auch nicht mehr üblich, zumal (glücklicherweise) Haustiere erlaubt sind. Die Coach im Studio, sehr niedlich mit Singleküche und Minigeschirrspüler, hat gr. Flecken, Schade, dass Mieter so mit fremden Eigentum umgehen! Im gr. Schlafzimmer hängt nur Funzelbeleuchtung. Die Putzfrau stand schon um 9:20 Uhr vor der Tür, sowas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt, unfassbar!
