All fine except no hot water on the second night

Well heated, cozy clean rooms. Friendly staff.

On the second night of our stay, there was somehow no hot water. And as it was late, we couldn’t reach the staff to have it fix it or change our rooms.

just a one night stay to get ferry

nice place, good location, nice bathroom. you can buy drinks at location for reasonable price. breakfast was very good

coffee and tea could be for free at location like in a Hotel room. other drinks were reasonable priced. From pictures I assumed that our unit has a sauna in the bathroom but this was probably only in the other unit.

Room was ok, but nothing to write home about. Ok for a one night stay, not for a longer period.

There were no clear instructions where/how to pick up the room keys. Should have been send by email beforehand. There was quite a bit of noise (cars) in the morning.

Pleasant stay.close to the water and downtown. Sauna was great. bad internet access.

I liked the private sauna in the room and the big shower. The room was nicely furnished and it was very quiet.

The pillows had under the cover some "plastic" cover which felt awful. The internet was very very slow almost no access at all.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Es war sauber und die Sauna im Bad super. Auch der kurze Weg zum Hotel wo wir das Frühstück eingenommen haben ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles um in den Tag zu starten. Die nahe Lage zur Nordsee ist super für Spaziergänge zum Hafen und Umgebung 😃

Die Treppen in der historischen Villa sind leider sehr steil und daher beschwerlich. Das freundliche Personal half aber beim Koffertransport!

gern wieder, äusserst charmantes Haus mit Charakter.

Die Grösse der Zimmer, das komfortable Badezimmer und die Pantryküche im Flur, so dass immer die Möglichkeit für ein Heiss- oder ein Kaltgetränk zu nehmen.

Durch das Alter der Villa sind die Türschwellen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Garten ist bezaubernd, leider zur Strasse und die Lust dort einen Kaffee zu trinken muss jeder für sich entscheiden.

Ruhige, angenehme Unterkunft.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine alte Villa. Zimmer und Bad sind renoviert, die Türen, Treppenhaus, Eingangsbereich sind noch im ursprünglichen Zustand, was aber für die Wohnqualität nicht abträglich war. Im Flur gab es einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Das reichliche Frühstück, freundlicher Service, wurde um die Ecke im Hotel Deichvoigt angeboten. Für uns aber in Ordnung.

Das Personal war super freundlich und extrem aufmerksam! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wurde immer aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war so romantisch wie erwartet. Es war sauber und ordentlich, ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Wir sind sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft besucht zu haben. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Charmante Villa

Sehr schöne Gegend mit hübschen Häusern. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort und auch 3 private Parkplätze direkt vor der Villa. Gutgekühlte Getränke (z.B. Hefeweizen 2.50€) und Heißgetränke zur Selbstzubereitung stehen im Eingangsbereich zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer (6) lag im Dachgeschoss und ist sehr geräumig. Auch die Betten sind wirklich gut. Nur ein kurzer Fußweg und man ist am Wasser. Das dortige Seeterrassen Restaurant können wir ebenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das sehr gute Frühstück mit kalten und warmen Leckereien wird im nahegelegenem Hotel Deichvoigt angeboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir mussten zum Frühstück 2 Minuten zum Hotel laufen, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Dafür lag die Villa mit ca. 5 Zimmern in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man konnte herrlich schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und bot alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auch zum Ende der Frühstückszeit war noch alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Für 2 oder 3 Tage ein wunderbarer Ort. Für länger könnten wir uns dieses Hotel auch vorstellen, aber in einem besser aus

Nette alte Villa. Ruhige Lage. Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und Getränken sowie Snacks im Flur. Gutes Frühstück in Haupthaus 150m entfernt. Alles super.

In unserem Erkerzimmer im 1.Stock gab es zwei etwas durchgesessene Sessel, aber leider nur einen sehr kleinen runden Tisch. Da wir gerne abends etwas spielen, fehlte uns der Platz dafür.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in einem wirklich tollen Zimmer.

Ein wirklich tolles, großes Zimmer im obersten Stock mit Infrarotsauna in Cuxhaven. Der Deich ist in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich so wünscht. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Ich hatte übersehen, dass man die Schlüssel nicht vor Ort bekommt, sondern im dazugehörigen Hotel einige Fußminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es auch das Frühstück.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Haus ist von außen wirklich sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage war unschlagbar.

Die Betten sind Bretthart und das Rollo konnte man nicht schließen, das haben wir am nächsten Morgen sofort bemängelt.
