Here, our guests can enjoy their vacation right on the waterfront. Its exceptional waterfront location makes the “City Marina” an especially attractive vacation home for families, cyclists, sailors, and water sports enthusiasts. Completed in 2016, this new building enjoys a prime location very close to downtown Cuxhaven. In addition to modern, high-quality amenities, this vacation home in Cuxhaven stands out for its spacious layout. From this townhouse, our guests enjoy a beautiful view of the marina.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens and towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special Features
This vacation home in Cuxhaven offers guests two parking spaces (one directly in front of the house, one 100 m away) as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles in front of the house. This makes this vacation rental in Cuxhaven the perfect vacation home for cyclists. In addition, this modern townhouse features its own sauna and two living areas. Bringing a maximum of 1 dog per booking is possible upon request.

Balcony/Terrace
The living area on the first floor leads out to the west-facing terrace, where guests can make themselves comfortable on the patio furniture and enjoy the view of the marina. On the first floor, there is a balcony terrace facing east, furnished with two comfortable chairs and a lounge chair. On the third floor, vacationers can enjoy a breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace. The large table seats all guests. Here, you can wind down after a day of vacation on balmy summer evenings while breathing in the fresh North Sea air.

Each vacation home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
