Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens and towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Guests can access the terrace through the living area on the first floor; please see the living area section for details on amenities. A large balcony with 2 seating areas and 2 lounge chairs is located on the 1st floor. The balcony on the 3rd floor offers a stunning view of the marina. Large ships passing by on the Elbe River are clearly visible from here at high tide. The balcony is furnished with a high-quality lounge set for 6 people. A high-quality electric awning provides pleasant shade.

Special Features
This vacation home in Cuxhaven offers guests two parking spaces (one directly in front of the house, one 100 meters away) as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles in front of the house. A high chair is available for our younger guests. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. The bedrooms and the studio are additionally equipped with awnings. Our vacation homes at City-Marina Cuxhaven can accommodate up to 6 people and feature three separate bedrooms in spaces measuring 102 square meters or 132 square meters. Each vacation home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
