About this house rental
The House North Coast has just been completely renovated and furnished.
The modern house with beautiful landscaped garden has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room, a separate dining room, a large sunny terrace and a large garden.
The house has 2 floors and covers about 150sqm.
According to the location on the North Sea, the furniture is noble, but equipped- with natural materials and a touch of Nordic maritime atmosphere.
On the ground floor is the dining and living area.
In the living room there is a large cozy corner with large corner sofa, armchairs, large flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.
The separate dining room can accommodate 8 people with a view of the idyllic garden.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, high installation microwave, oven with hot air, stove, large extractor, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are stainless steel pots, dishes and glasses.
A large bedroom (with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), two bedside tables, a wardrobe (1,80m wide) and a table) is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace.
A fully equipped large bathroom with toilet on the ground floor.
Two shower rooms with toilet and sink is located upstairs.
In. 1 Floor are 2 spacious sheep rooms with double beds (1.80m x 2.00m), two bedside cabinets and a wardrobe (1.80m wide) equipped and another bedroom with single beds, suitable for two families with child / children (4 adults and up to 4 children) or a maximum of 6 adults.
The total blackout is possible in almost every room over partially electric outdoor shutters.
The sandy beach you need about 10-15 minutes.
The house is suitable for allergy sufferers and a Non smoking home.
The pets are permitted under any circumstances.
Many rooms of the house have (partially electric) Outside shutters.
In a small utility room you will find washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner and broom etc ..
In the immediate vicinity there are small shops (newspapers, rolls, etc.) and nice restaurants and a bakery with breakfast.
In Döse there are two supermarkets (Netto and Aldi, nearby Edeka), a pharmacy with post office, and a butcher and beverage market.
