Spanning 102 m² across 3 floors, this waterfront vacation rental can accommodate 2 to 6 guests. Completed in 2016, this new building stands out for its luxurious amenities and stylish decor in shades of coffee. Here, guests can enjoy a seaside living experience with the utmost comfort. The prime location in downtown Cuxhaven is evident at all times: the stunning view of the marina can be enjoyed from every floor. Popular attractions in Cuxhaven, such as the “Alte Liebe” or the Old Fishing Harbor, are within easy walking distance. The perfect vacation home for families, cyclists, sailors, and water sports enthusiasts.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment does not come equipped with bed linens and towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special Features
At this vacation home in Cuxhaven, guests have access to two parking spaces (one directly in front of the house and one 100 m away) as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles in front of the house. A high chair is available for our youngest guests. With its fantastic waterfront location, this vacation rental in Cuxhaven is the perfect getaway for cyclists, sailors, and water sports enthusiasts.

Balcony/Terrace
From the living area on the first floor, guests can access the terrace, which is furnished with a large wooden table (220/160x90) with six chairs and a stool. On the rooftop terrace on the second floor, guests can relax on comfortable and versatile lounge furniture. Both the ground-floor terrace and the rooftop terrace offer a beautiful view of the marina. The additional smaller terrace facing the opposite side of the harbor is furnished with two chairs and a small table and is ideal, for example, for a light breakfast.
Of course, you’re free to use the chairs however you like.

Mooring in the marina
If you’d like to vacation with your boat right outside the door, you can (subject to availability) rent a mooring in the adjacent recreational boat marina. Please contact us separately regarding this. We’ll then provide you with the harbor master’s contact information.

Our vacation homes at City-Marina Cuxhaven can accommodate up to 6 people and feature three separate bedrooms in spaces measuring 102 square meters or 132 square meters. Each vacation home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
