A nice apartment in a quiet location. All areas of Venice are beautiful in their own way. This area is quiet, yet close to a wide street with shops and restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated, and there was always hot water.
We saw mosquitoes, but a fumigator solved the problem. The apartment was a bit cold.

Location was great for visiting the Biennale, which was the main reason we were in Venice. Besides being close to the Biennale, there are plenty of shops, restaurant and bars literally round the corner. The boat stop is also very close.
We found the apartment rather cold (temperature wise), but they were also extremely cold days, so that defintely didn´t help. Probably in summer is fresh, so I´d recommend it in warmer months :)

Gute Lage. Sauber Die Dusche war absolut ok.
Sehr dunkele Wohnung. Die Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet. Vor allem gab es im Schlafzimmer eine Aufwölbung der Decke nach unten,befestigt mit 2 Stahlstangen.Die Frage ist wie sicher das Haus ist.
