Minimalistic flat, could be improved with some design and extra sockets also

Living room was spacious, easy pick-up of keys

One of the rooms was very small and only 1 power socket in the whole room which is reserved for the lamp… Fan didnt really work. Flat is too minimal (rigid with the white walls and no assesories) it could be a little more cozy with some assessories and some colours. Big room was noisy overnight due to bar below the flat.

Good location with private parking lot - but very, very noisy in the night

Free parking lot (a huge issue to find one in Switzerland usually). The property is located in ~15-20 mins far (by foot) from an agency where you should collect/drop-off the keys. Big supermarket right on the corner. Laundry is one floor above. Within walking distance (~20-25 mins) from historical city center and lake.

Those who think that "no noise after 22:00" rule applies everywhere in Switzerland - you are completely, absolutely wrong! That was the most noisy apartment I had ever. It was like a student hostel: even at 2:00 it was as loud as in a bar or at the Christmas party. And it was like that during all three nights we stayed there. So, buy earplugs in advance! One of the rooms has two night tables with lamps on them - but no power sockets at all, so take a power splitter with you as well if you have more than 2 electrical devices.

Nicht wirklich angenehm Keine Schlüssel für die Zimmer. Toilette war nur verschliessbar (so dass sie nicht automatisch aufgegangen ist), weil der Türrahmen defekt war. Bett im 2. Zimmer knarrte sehr stark, war etwas kaputt und alles war minimalistisch. Sonst ok

Türen nicht schliessbar, Möbel in schlechten Zustand. Alles sehr minimalistisch zum Bespiel wurde alles Bewegliche im Bad entfernt, Waschbecken Abfluss nicht verschliessbar und Syphon war ziemlich verstopft. Auch bei Toilettenspülung kam zu wenig Wasser wenn man die grosse Taste betätigte

Mi e’ piaciuto, a parte la doccia e le porte

Appartamento pulito e abbastanza spazioso

Le porte non si chiudevano bene, quelle di separazione tra le stanze. La doccia molto piccola tendeva ad allagare il bagno con la tendina piuttosto scomoda. Nella stanza non c’era il minimo, niente carta da cucina, o qualunque cosa extra che di solito lasciano.

Agréable, central, calme, parfait!

Bien aménagé, très propre, produits de beauté et pour la vaisselle à disposition. Quelques capsules de café et une bouteille de mousseux comme bienvenue, super!

Il manquait juste un sèche-cheveux et un garage pour les vélos.

Prix de la location trop chère vu les problèmes ci-dessus. Par contre l’appartement est bien situé proche de l’arrêt de

Manque de couverts, moisissures à la salle de bain, lave vaisselle inutilisable (manquait du sel). Radiateur de la chambre à coucher bloqué au maximum. Les portes des chambres ne fermaient pas.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux à Lugano.

Appartement spacieux, proche des magasins et du centre-ville. Assez calme, grand salon avec télé et balcon. Cuisine fonctionnelle et moderne, grand frigo.

Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait des travaux à l'extérieur du bâtiment, le parking était inaccessible, mais on nous a proposé rapidement une solution. Le chauffage dans une chambre ne pouvait pas être éteint et il y faisait trop chaud. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle (pas assez de fourchettes, cuillères ou tasses pour 4 personnes).
