Poorly maintained, wasted potential.
Comfortable mattress, good location, very quiet, fast WiFi and smart TV, good enough if you don't plan to spend a lot of time indoors
The apartment would be very nice for the money if it were well maintained. As other travellers have mentioned it wasn't clean enough, there were hairs on our towels when we arrived, dust and hairs under the bed and the shower curtain is disgusting, it just needs a wash.
The kitchen is in an abysmal state, the new looking faucet is completely loose and not connected to the work surface (still works). The working surface is badly damaged and has taken on water. It is possible to do some light cooking with the equipment despite the size with the very good induction stovetop. There was only a single spoon and no small spoons. Some basics like oil and salt are there. There also is dish soap and cleaning equipment.
The bathroom lacks hand washing soap although some people already mentioned this, there are several missing tiles in the shower which apparently have been missing for some time now. It also seems as there are more tiles about to fall from the wall, the shower head mount is also very loose because of this. This is a serious safety hazard. The water pressure and temperature are good but it takes a very long time to heat up.
The shower curtain is a bit tricky but you can move it further out, then it isn't as cramped as some reviewers reported but you shouldn't have to figure out such things on a holiday.
There is a Nespresso machine but only 2 capsules were provided (for 2 people, 2 nights), there is also tea and sugar. Shower gel is also provided but it's only just enough for showering twice.
On the corridor most of the lights were broken so it is very dark.
The check in instructions were very detailed BUT it doesn't say which key box is the right one. This leads to people putting in the security code in all the key boxes there and we were surprised that every single key box showed our security code which is a major security hazard. If someone showed up before us they could easily have entered our apartment.

Just a passable central stay
The stay is quite central and not too expensive.
Room was not properly clean. Bathroom is so small you can't turn around. Shower is dirty, there's no shower box covering it, but a dirty plastic kind of tent which is super uncomfortable, so you end-up flooding the ground.

The location was not too far from the centre, some 15min-walks’ time. Also the buses were running on schedule so location-wise all good.
There were a lot of things about the apartment we didn’t like.
1. The shower didn’t work properly, there was no hot water, so it was the first thing that made our stay terrible!
2. The host was not responding to our messages. So he replied to us only after our complaints to support and after we left the appartment so no use of it at all - the quality of our stay was not improved.
3. The bed was uncomfortable and it was not a bed but an opened sofa out of wardrobe.
4. The Internet was not working well. One day we were able to connect to its internet. One day we couldnt at all and my Mac was saying that there is no internet over the wifi connection.

I am dissapointed
Good location
1. Wifi didn't work, I have no Internet and could not get connection to Wifi in apartments. So I tried to find some interner outside of apartments for 2 hours and wrote to the owner of apartment
2. Terrible shower - there is no appropriate curtains, and you can not take a shower
3. The price is too high comparing with comfort
4. Windows did not open, you can open it but it closed suddenly
5. There is no bed, only uncomfortable sofa

Non molto apprezzata la gomma da masticare incollata vicino alla finestra del letto
Se ci fossero stati più strumenti con cui cucinare sarebbe stato meglio, visto che c'era un solo pentolino, due padelle (senza coperchio), un cucchiaione e una forchetta in legno. Ottimo invece per posate e piatti anche se uno di questi era sbeccato, nessun tovagliolo di carta però

Le dosi di shampoo/doccia schiuma bastavano per pulirsi mezzo braccio, mancava il sapone per le mani.
Non proprio chiaro quale fosse il locker delle chiavi da utilizzare visto che nell'annuncio ne viene citato uno e ce ne sono in realtà 4.
Forse sarebbe conveniente anche spiegare come si fa' a chiudere la porta, visto che non è un sistema comune quello si dover tirare verso l'alto la maniglia

Per me che sono "tappa" gli oggetti da raggiungere in cucina, compreso il lavello e l'armadio dei vestiti erano troppo in alto, un po' increscioso.

Desilusão
O melhor deste alojamento era a localização. Não sendo super central, tem paragens de autocarro perto, e é uma zona tranquila.
O preço é inflacionado pela zona, mas mesmo assim custa-me pagar tanto por um alojamento tão pequeno e com condições tão fracas. Casa de banho com azulejos em falta, até dá medo mexer no chuveiro porque parece que a qualquer momento podem cair mais azulejos. O cortinado do duche é muito estranho. A cama é na verdade um sistema de sofá convertível em cama. O isolamento acústico é muito mau, ouve-se tudo, desde os vizinhos aos barulhos da rua.
