Unpleasant family stay
The village is worth a visit, it is authentic and a trip back in time. Beutiful pebbled narrow streets, tradistional houses and views of the lake around the corner.
We are a family of 4 (small kids) that were visiting on a cold eve in December. It was just not comfortable, we had to pull out adn make the beds, and look for blankets that were very worn and unwelcoming; 2 stayed in the dining room where we also had to move th efurniture around in order to be able to pull out the 'bed'. The other 2, we froze in the bedroom, which hads just enough space for the bed wall to wall,, the pillow was 1m from the bathroom door and there was not a cabinet for the sweeps which were again 1m from the bed, exposed; the barthroom was a bit smelly and the kithecn had stains an dthe sink was grey. The flush broke while we were there and we reported it the next day. The host was very nice. It must be very difficult to renovate and fix things as the village is verry tight and narrow but in all sincerity, this is a soace for quests to have a holiday, at a price that was not low at all, not a poor elderly couple's apartment - and due also to the cold weather, it was a very unpleasant stay,

Beautiful spot!
Location is really beautiful.
It was difficult to find the place - especially coming per foot from the street below. I would have appreciated directions in English and perhaps just a PDF document with images instead of a collection of images per WhatsApp. Host was responsive and people in the village are nice. So all good in the end.

The view was nice.
Finding the room was sooooo difficult. Same street name and house number in the town a kilometer away. Forget GPS. Be ready to get lost. When you find the area where the room is, be ready to put on your hiking boots to get to the room on a rocky downhill route. The bedroom is too small for the bed. The second "sleeping" accommodation was a trundle bed with old blankets. You practically sleep on the floor. This is NOT an accommodation for four people. And finally the bathroom adjoining the bedroom has a sit in tub where you dit with your knees around your elbows. Not convenient if you are sleeping on the trundle bed in the "living" room. AVOID THIS B AND B.

Communication. Heating ended in the middle of the night (pallet stove). Host was not too much concerned about the comfort of her guests, she was overly busy with getting our passports she needed to give to police. This was common practice according to her.

Charming and peaceful little place in a village unspoiled by modern times.
Location on the hillside overlooking the lake is breath-taking! High above the main road but embedded in the antique village there is complete silence, peace and harmony. Very relaxing!
Additional bath towels, not just 2 small hand towels, would be most welcome and appreciated, and add a lot to the tourist's comfort.
Some sort of soap could also come in handy.
And it might help looking into getting a new mattress for the main bed.

Номер небольшой, но атмосферный и имеет всё необходимое (даже маленькую ванну). Вид из окна замечательный! Городок очень своеобразный и живописный, улицы как лабиринты.
На букинге отмечено неправильное месторасположение. Мы приехали по координатам в 6:30 вечера, в темноте, а там ничего нет (только ресторан, который совершенно не рядом)! Хозяин не отвечал на телефонный звонок. Хотя номер был забронирован заблаговременно, инструкции по заселению мы смогли получить лишь ПОСЛЕ приезда. Около полудня в день заезда хозяин стал писать нам и просить номер в приложении what's app (у моего мужа нет этого приложения!), чтобы прислать инструкции по заезду. Почему это нельзя сделать через Букинг? Букинг имеет автоперевод, а в whatsapp нам пришла простыня на итальянском, которую мы не могли понять. Хозяин послал в вацап также подробное видео, как дойти до квартиры. Это хорошо. НО он посылал нам это за пару часов до нашего приезда, в этот момент мы были в дороге и ехали по Швейцарии без интернета, в горах плохой сигнал связи, а мобильный интернет в Швейцарии очень дорог. Когда мы доехали до предполагаемого места - сигнал в горах был так плох, что видео мы смогли загрузить лишь дома по WLAN. Из-за этого мы 1.5ч потратили на поиске нужного дома, в темноте, в лабиринте маленьких улочек, с усталыми и плачущими детьми на руках. Наверно без детей и при свете - это было бы даже увлекательно. Но в нашем случае, мы были очень и очень расстроены, усталы и злы. Этого можно было бы избежать, если бы хозяин послал инструкции за день ДО приезда, а в день приезда днём. Неужели так трудно предположить, что за 3ч до приезда путешествующий человек очень часто ЕДЕТ в машине и не может общаться по тел?
Другое неприятное: в доме было +11 градусов!!! В 8 вечер мы наконец смогли заселиться, но не расслабиться и отдохнуть. Мы затопили печь и прошло 4 часа, прежде чем в комнате стало возможно находиться без верхней одежде. Дети легли спать в куртках, шапках и шарфах. Хозяин был в курсе, какая погода на улице и что мы едем с маленькими детьми и вполне мог прогреть дом заранее. Печь можно запрограммировать, чтобы она включилась заранее.
Кофе был отвратительным на вкус.

Non pensavo si potessero mettere certi... non so come chiamarli....rifugi di fortuna?,"baracche"? non di certo appartamento, in siti come Booking!
Esperienza più che deludente!
Posto terribile ! Tutto molto vecchio. Mobili datati a dir poco, letti, con materassi a molle, scomodissimi. Pavimenti osceni, molto sporco, nella parte alta si vede la polvere accumulata forse da più di un anno, camera da letto angusta piccolissima letto matrimoniale da una piazza e mezza a contatto con la parete....si sale soltanto da un lato. Ancora peggio il bagno arcaico con una doccia rimediata all' interno di una vasca di dimensioni ridottissime, impianto elettrico fatto a vista con materiali da capannoni industriali. Cucina "rimediata".... con addirittura una tavola mobile per coprire il buco che si forma all' angolo, molto sporca, anche le stoviglie vecchie e non pulite con Incrostazioni datate,all' interno dei scaffali rimasugli di viveri aperti e lasciati lì da non so quanto tempo. Sembro esagerato ma vi garantisco che è tutto vero! In fine per raggiungere l'appartamento si arriva soltanto a piedi scendendo varie scalinate, ripide e in stato di abbandono totale con erbacce che invadono il percorso, poco illuminato; poi si dovranno risalire con le valigie quindi si richiede una buona prestanza fisica! Inoltre la luce esterna all'ingresso non funzionante, arrivando di sera, rende molto difficoltoso aprire il portoncino, anche perché la serratura è difettosa.

El apartamento no está preparado para 4 personas (para il al aseo hay que atravesar el cuarto); ideal para dos personas. Las instalaciones, ducha etc son muy viejas. Para llegar hay muchas escaleras.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Luganer See sind dramatisch schön:)) Wohnen in einem uralten Dorf mit steilen und engen Gassen ist ein Erlebnis. Die FeWo einfach und rustikal gemütlich, hat das nötigste zur Selbstversorgung.Kontakt freundlich und fürsorglich über WhatsApp mit genauer Beschreibung, sonst nicht so einfach zu finden.
Parkplätze rar und oben an der Hauptstraße, mit größerem Gepäck der Weg zum Haus etwas mühsam und steil, wir wollten eigentlich mit Kanu anreisen- das wäre ein Problem gewesen. Das sollte vor Buchung klar sein.
