Gorgeous apartment in a gorgeous location!

Lyme Walking Break

A really lovely holiday flat in a quiet, scenic part of Lyme. Super cosy at this time of year and perfect for that "staying on your own to recharge the batteries" break. Well appointed and Samantha and John have made everything super easy with clear instructions for all devices. I was able to leave my bag at the flat on the last day which was a real bonus. I hope to be back in the spring.

Comfortable and cosy bolthole in Lyme Regis

A very well equipped apartment - loved the decor and furnishings - everything we needed! The log burner was an absolute delight and created a lovely cosy and warm space. The gardens and setting were especially nice and the ability to easily park the car is a rarity in Lyme Regis. We needed to do a little online working while we were visiting and the wifi was very good too. A really lovely stay thank you.

The only thing lacking for us in this apartment was that we prefer a king size bed which would have made this a 5*. Not a criticism - just our preference and totally understand that in a small space, a double is only possible. Appreciated the good quality mattress and bedding (just a smaller sized than used to).

Once again, I had a fantastic time at bentley rise. Everything is so nicely decorated, so clean, everything you need was there for a daily use and Sam and John are so warm hearted , so friendly and always helpful whenever I needed or asked for something. You feel right at home and so welcome, it`s so cosy, has a lovely view, is great located and so quiet. I will come back for another visit for sure and I thank you so so much for everything <3

Everything.! This flat was really well styled, had everything in it you could need, surrounded by a lovely garden. The hosts were lovely. Location great for walking along the River Lim path into Lyme Regis.

There wasn't anything not to like. Wish we had had a longer stay!

Quiet location. Host had prepared a warm welcome. Excellent information and appliances and where things were located. Host sent us information about the town and gave us a phone number we could contact at ant time for help - we did not need to contact host. Good parking.

Very tranquil stay

The location was very good for the town and beaches, being only a short very pleasant walk. The cooking facilities are very good with a brilliant oven easy to use. With fresh ground coffee and biscuits on arrival, nice touch. Well kept beautiful gardens.

Cosy flat in Lyme Regis

The hosts were very helpful and gave all access information well in advance. A good instruction booklet is provided for using the appliances. It was great to be able to make use of the garden seating area and thanks to Sam for providing a parasol during the period of hot weather.

Fantasic property, in secluded, quiet location. Could walk into Lyme so was lovely not having to drive into town. Host,Sam, greeted us on arrival. The apartment was perfect for us, cosy, but had everything needed and the welcome card and pack of goodies were very thoughtful and much appreciated.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Great for 1-2 people.

The abode is perched on top of a garage, providing you with the privacy of a fully detached house. It is well appointed with all of the basic supplies. I never had need to request any of the basics+. The the most comfortable bed in 6 weeks! The décor does a fantastic job of welcoming you into Lyme Regis. The proprietors must be the most friendly and accommodating in the whole county. I will defiantly be returning to this accommodation.
