Lake side vacation
Location is perfect- next to the main promanade with restaurants and bars. Very spacious and cosy apartament with all you need. Felt like at home. Very clean apt
Breakfast supposed to be included in the price, but no breakfast provided second morning. However, we contacted owner later on and she sort this out. So we missed 1 breakfast. Rubbish- we've been asked by onwer to seperate them, but there was only 2 rubbish bins. Also not explained where to through the rubbish outside-neihbours showed us. Could be more info about the parking. There is one close by, but chargable 9-21. There is free parking 15min by walk, next to lido. Also the zone, where apt located, its forbbiden to enter by car on certain dates, we noticed afterwards. Hope we wont get a fine:(

Awesome experience
This is very spacious and centrally located apartment in Arona, decorated with good taste and supplied with all essentials. A perfect place to enjoy week-end in Arona at full.
Over weekend it is likely to be noisy outside until late but this is something you have to accept when you choose to stay in the heart of the city.

Fantastico. Alloggio più che accogliente, zona tranquilla, malgrado la zona turistica.
La posizione della casa, praticamente a 2 passi dal lungolago e lo stesso dal centro. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

Si può migliorare con piccoli accorgimenti, ma tutto sommato buono.
La casa è molto carina e spaziosa e si trova veramente a un passo dal lungolago e da tutti i servizi. E' dotata di frigo piano cottura, pentole, stoviglie, piatti etc utili se decidi di mangiare a casa. Mette a disposizione la macchina del caffe con cialde a disposizione, del the' un bollitore, biscottini e marmellate.
Non l'ho trovata particolarmente pulita, vicino al divano c'erano tante briciole, segno che probabilmente non è stata pulita prima del nostro arrivo. Le pentole sono macchiate e arrugginite e diciamo che quando sei fuori casa non sono molto invitanti.. Lo stabile si trova in una ztl e la proprietaria anziché suggerirci di avvicinarci il più possibile ci ha consigliato un parcheggio a un km e onestamente con due bambini piccoli e tutti i bagagli non era il massimo. Quindi ho cercato da sola attraverso google maps di avvicinarmi il più possibile, e infatti ho trovato a 150 metri senza entrare in ztl. Le istruzioni per entrare non erano chiare, ho preso le chiavi dalla cassettina, ma sono entrata nel primo e unico portoncino che ho visto (non avendo ricevuto istruzioni) e ovviamente la chiave non funzionava, perché stavo entrando nel posto sbagliato. Abbiamo perso quasi un ora tra scambio di parcheggio trovare la casa ed entrare, ci ha aiutato un ristoratore di li, illuminandoci su una porta in fondo al cortile che non avrei mai visto. La chiave di accesso di giù è difettosa e anche in questo caso ci ha sempre aperto il ristoratore.
