Great stay!

Great location in Trieste, with a public garage very close by. The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice street-view balcony. The owners were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach.

The only downside was that the pillows were too soft and thin for our preference.

We are satisfied with all the necessities we had during our stay there.

This apartment is in the centre and a 15 minute walk to the train station. It's very clean and I recommend it.

It would be much better if there's a kitchen.

Very good value for money.

Very good location for visiting Trieste, close to all the main attractions. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a small Spar supermarket across from the building. The owners communicated quickly and gave good instructions for finding and entering the property. We would revisit this property if returning to Trieste.

We would prefer real cups instead of paper ones.

Great location, modern clean place

Great location in the center of the city, about 15 min walking from the train station, about 1h by car from Ljubljana (I had a 1-day trip there as well). Good room size, both room and bathroom look good, I like the pink & white combination, perfect for a single woman traveling (I had room number 1). A/c working well, nice partial window view to the Roman Theatre, small fridge, comfortable bed, make-up table, wardrobe with mirror 😊 I appreciate I could leave my luggage until the room was ready.

A few more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom would be useful. There is no place to hang towels or wet clothes. Old TV could be replaced by a smart TV at this room price and some proper/bigger shower gel and shampoo recipients could be offered.

Amazing location and comfortable facilities

Amazing location right in the city centre from where you can walk around and explore the amazing Trieste. Extremely comfortable bed 😁 Even though it is on a noisy street it’s quite enough inside to rest. Also great customer service :)

Would recommend this room for a solo traveler who just needs a place to sleep

The location was excellent, everything was close and walkable and the facility was spotless. And while there is no staff on site Sabrina was always available on WhatsApp and answered promptly. The hair dryer, coffee maker, and refrigerator were very handy and worked well. The bed was firm but very comfortable.

The room was very small, we found ourselves constantly shuffling around each other to get from one side of the bed to the other. It was also extremely difficult to find. It's actually inside of a shopping mall. As we had just been on a plane for 15 hours and were very tired, walking back and forth, in the rain, looking for an address that was not visible from the street was extremely frustrating. The main disappointment however was the balcony. The room was listed as having a balcony with a courtyard View which is why we reserved this room. The balcony was actually an extremely small space off of the room where the HVAC units were. There was not Room for one let alone two chairs, and the courtyard view was actually commercial roofs and equipment. To label this room as a balcony room with a view was misleading and untrue, I would not have booked this room had I known it did not have a functional balcony. In fact when I looked on their website again, this room is not even pictured in their advertisement anymore.

It is a good place for some days

Although booking states the price incurs all taxes and fees, we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax, 1.5 Euros/person/day. On the site they offer a parking space nearby, which costs €15/day but is actually €20/day.

Good but problems with receipts

Central location, good value for money, clean

It seemed the first time that the owner had to produce a receipt, which I needed for work purposes. First she proposes a “ricevuta non fiscale”, then she tries a “fattura” which arrived very late and with my details wrong, despite I asked her a lot in advance and both in written and oral form. This made me lose so much time, I do not recommend at all this place to travellers that need reimbursement by their companies.

Good place to spen a few days in Trieste as it's located right in the center.

Great location in the center of Trieste. Room is spacious enough and very clean. The whole location seems to have been renovated quite recently. Bathroom is also clean and quite large.

Parking in the vicinity is quite expensive, so if you stay for a longer period it can set you back quite a bit (you get a bit of a discount as a hotel guest, but still). A bit of an adventure to find using Google Maps, as it sends you on the wrong side of the building, but even when you know where the look it's easy to miss.

Central location - perfect stay

The host is very friendly but at the same time very discreet. Rooms clean, wi-fi fast, check in very simple. Coffe and tea is a nice touch! Also at your disposal umbrellas! We did not need them butthat s a nice touch. We recomend Home sapore di casa bar just 100m away - reservation needed but worth it

absolutely adorable accomodation, quiet, clean, and in the center of everything in Trieste.

the poperty was very clean and the space smells beatifully. Due to the high cealings the room that is already pretty specious seems even larger. Sound-proofing is excellent, so it is absolutely quiet with closed windows. The place is very central and literaly oposite the main city’s public parking garage Park San Giusto, which made our stay additionally comfortable.

Good choice pre/post cruise in the centre of town

Location was good, centre of town. Convenient for bus station as well as cruise terminal. Good facilities, coffee machine and wi-fi. Quiet room facing courtyard. Would certainly stay here again.

No staff on site. Difficult to find, but clear instructions and directions communicated via WhatApp prior to arrival.

Location and clean room.

I had difficulty to check-in because the reception works until 6pm even I sent them coming time after 7pm. Thanks to the kind people I checked-in. No WIFI and no heating.
