Location and cleanliness of room.
Communication regarding early check in. Husband was struggling but it was not clear when speaking with host his to proceed. We could have sat inside at the reception area while waiting for the room. Instruction was unclear and seemed as though the host didn’t want to know about it as the room was t ready. Host asked us to leave euros for room taxes. Fridge didn’t work. Wind picked up outside and the door to balcony banged all night. The entrance gate took a bit of working out. Even the locals complained about it.

Central location. Big room
There was excellent double glazing but you could still hear traffic at night. Not a problem for us but might bother some.

Good location in City Centre - close to parking
