Very good location Nice host Clean Well-equipped bathroom (except for 1 soap for body and shampoo)

Noisy (street) Hot during the summer with only a noisy fan to get air during the night - still hard to sleep Strong perfume (hiding cigarette smell?) A multi-socket would be appreciated to charge phones Not a real breakfast, just biscuits+yogurts+juices from supermarket and coffee

A lovely stay in a great location

I had a great stay here. Super accessible to the train station and an easy walk into the main town. Giuliana was a fantastic host and was available to contact at any time. A previous guest had broken the ceiling fan but she replaced it with a desk fan that could be put right at the end of the bed.

Great location but uncomfortable and hot

The location very central, the lady very polite, including some breakfast also...

No aircon and was impossibile to sleep in the night, the fan was making noise so we had to switch it off, bed was old and uncomfortable, noisy for the traffic, breakfast could have been better

Leider war es nur ein Kurzbesuch. Freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen.

Lage war sehr Zentral und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Geschäfte und Lokalitäten gleich in der Nähe. Frühstück wurde keines genommen.

Der Verkehr von der Straße war laut. Sonst gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen.

Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätzen.

Hab einen spontantrip mit dem motorad nach triest gemacht und die Lage mitten in der Stadt besser könnte es nicht sein um das Gebäude tummeln sich Cafés Bars Clubs und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne großen Aufwand zufuß erreichbar ,Bad ist sehr sauber und modern , Schlafzimmer ist normal eingerichtet und natürlich die Gastgeberin ist nett und herzlich , ein kleines Frühstück ist im Flur vorbereitet aber sind wir uns ehrlich es tummeln sich um das Gebäude Bäckereien Fleischer usw Preis Leistung und Standort Top

Mit dem motorad konnte ich direkt vor der Haustüre parken aber mit dem Auto sehe ich eher schwarz direkt am Gebäude zu parken außer man griegt mit Glück einen Parkplatz wo man Ticket drücken muss . Warmwasser funktioniert man sollte es dennoch bei Ankunft laufen lassen dauert ein bischen bis es ankommt und die armaturen Duschebrause und waschbeckenperlator gehörten mal entkalt dann würden sie nicht so spritzen

In Ordnung für Preis! Schlicht, Preisgünstig, Laut, Freundlich und Hilfsbereit!

Ja, sehr familiär! Mit Lift!!! Hat nur 1 Zimmer mit Bad (Bad neu!) Italienisches Frühstück (1 Kaffee, etwas Süßes-finito). Zimmer und Ambiente schlicht, aber Stuco-Farbwände! Leider Laut ( an Hauptstraße).

Une grande chambre chez particulier autonome. Comme à la maison grâce à l'hôte.

Une belle chambre bien décorée avec une grande salle de bain séparée et une entrée, juste en face de l'appartement de l'hôte. Entre deux, un coin petit déjeuner très succinct. Mieux vaut le prendre à l'extérieur, beaucoup de choix à deux pas. Le point fort est la proximité de tout et l'impression d'être chez soi.

Près d'un des grands boulevards de circulation, en journée du bruit mais calme la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment restreint donc le prévoir en plus. Mais de quoi le préparer ( bouilloire, micro ondes, cafetière...).

La camera era perfettamente pulita e molto ben attrezzata. Da sottolineare è la decorazione amorevole. Bellissimo bagno con una buona doccia e prodotti per la cura.Per la colazione tutto era disponibile in self-service Possibilità di parcheggio in zona residenziale e tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie a la gentilissima padrona di casa. Blitzsauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit liebevoller Dekoration. Das Bad ausgestattet mit einer guten Dusche und Pflegeprodukten. Für ein typisch italienisches Frühstück war auch alles vorhanden. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten im Wohngebiet und alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Danke an die sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Il materasso era un po' duro. Die Matratze war etwas hart.
