Francis Superior Rooms

Ens ha encantat el lloc, l'habitació, l'amabilitat de tot el personal., la rebuda de Ilaria, ... tot va ser perfecte :) Vam poder deixar les maletes a la nostra arribada i tot van ser facilitats i ajuda. Fins i tot ens van ajudar a buscar el taxi per anar a l'aeroport, ja que al ser un dia festiu (el dia de la República i no ho sabiem) hi havien menys trens i voliem aprofitar el temps que teniem. La situació és molt bona. A prop del centre, i amb el Cafè San Marcos al costat mateix. També està molt aprop la parada d'autobus per anar al Castell de Miramare (nous ho perdeu, val molt la pena). L'habitació era molt gran, molt neta i molt acollidora. Vam estar molt i molt bé. Si tornem a Trieste no dubtarem a tornar a alotjar-nos aquí. Moltes gràcies per tot.

The communication from the owner of the property was excellent both before our visit and throughout; Ilaria's superb English was much appreciated. The property in is a superb location for exploring Trieste and we were able to walk from the train station to it. Our room was a no frills exceptionally clean bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The adjacent bathroom was also exceptionally clean. We had a kettle and Coffee maker in our room and a fridge with access to tea coffee crockery etc in the shared hallway just outside our door. the property is also very safe passing through two lockable doors before you reach your own room. Ilaria recommended Charlotte's Pasticceria..... not to be missed!

It was my mistake but I had assumed there would be more than one room available to us in the property but Francis rooms is a group of bedrooms which actually would be perfect for bigger family groups who needed two or more rooms. We were in the 'blue sky' room and I would suggest perhaps the addition of two armchairs in the room to make it more bed sit in style. Breakfast is not part of the provision but we preferred this as in Italy you are never more than a short walk from a Pasticceria.

Great location and super spacious room. The host is amazing and very helpful with recommendations and making your stay great!

The room isn't cleaned during the stay, so things like more toilet paper and clean coffee cups you manage yourself.
