La ubicación y que tiene incluido en el precio el parking ( aunque esté en otro edificio).
Las camas no son cómodas, en la habitación qe tiene cama de matrimonio se escuchan las conversaciones de los vecinos, los sofás son incómodos, menaje muy malo, telefónico ducha baño principal muy deficiente, y detalles importantes como papel de cocina etc inexistente. En general muy básico.
