Great location close to water and old town. Very comfortable and nicely decorated for a beach house feel. The terrace access was a nice extra as well.
Property was great and glad we got there but had to redo a lot of our trip due to flooding and rail repairs. Just a reminder that if you book this with no cancellation policy they will not cancel for any reason or fee.

In an excellent location, close to lots of good tavernas. Well laid out and spacious property with terrace. Having 2 shower rooms was a bonus.

Liked the layout, the location right near the beach, the style/decor and quality of furnishings, the key code entry, the fabulous Ultramarinos shop opposite!
It is somewhat overlooked so a bit difficult to walk around and see out at the same time. Also, in winter v difficult to dry anything that gets wet (but that’s Cadiz).

The appartment is lovely. It is very tasteful and well decorated. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and very close to the city centre. You can walk everywhere so no car car needed. The beds are comfortable and the roof terrace a big bonus. The hosts are super attentive and were always asking us if everything was okay.
It really pains me to say anything negative about this place as it really is lovely but "The noise!" I know that the hosts are not responsible but If you are light sleepers then we advise you not to book this place. There is a bar outside the front bedroom that opens at 6.30am and closes at 11pm. The waste collection is anytime between 1am and 3am and this wakes everyone up! The windows need to be triple glazed throughout the property to make it a more enjoyable experience. We did not get a full nights sleep during our stay. It was the only downside but for a family that likes to sleep it was very important for us (especially being on holiday).
