Ubicación y amplitud

Hemos tenido un problema. Uno de los huéspedes dejó olvidado 3 camisas en un cajón. Llamó para reclamarlas y le dijeron que ya no estaban y que no se hacen responsables de las pérdidas. Entendemos que esto no es una pérdida , pues deben de seguir en ese cajón ya que se quedaron allí. Entendemos que se han quedado con algo que no es suyo por lo que es deplorable su actitud. Muy mal por su parte. Un cordial saludo

Location in the old town central to many food and drink opportunities. Large comfortable 3 bed apartment on first floor.

Had slight problem locating property. Entry system appeared awkward for us seniors at first, but in fact worked very well.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe and luggage storage. Quiet.

The property had not been cleaned properly, and clearly not for sometime. There were thick layers of dirt and dust everywhere. The mgt company did rectify this once contacted. There was a lack of toilet rolls only 1 extra one available. As this is an old property it was forbidden to flush anything down the toilet (this is normal), but in this case plenty of bin liners should be provided so you can keep the toilet bins emptied and clean. But only one liner was provided. It’s the details that set average from excellent; plenty of work to be done here!
