Great city centre location, had a lift as we were on the 3rd floor, clean with separate bedroom & lounge area. Great to have coffee maker & tea bags
One of the doors on the kitchen cupboard was completely off its hinges & the kick board fell off. Also the bathroom basin & cabinet were placed so close to the toilet, if you had long legs, I doubt you'd be able to sit down

Great location and very clean!
Check in is very late - 4:00 pm, and communication about check in is not sent until exactly 4:00, so unless you are literally standing at the front door, check in is even later. Questions about where we might store our luggage went unanswered and check out info was sent in Spanish and link did not work. So overall, poor communication was poor. Some furnishings (sofa, kitchenware) were low quality. Beds were comfortable, and sheets and towels were good.
