La Posada del Mercado

It’s a perfect place!!! Clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything, 2 minutes walking distance to the central market of Cadiz.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right by the fabulous market, with underground parking and easy 5 min walk away. We had a warm welcome from Reception and the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need - a great shower too! The bed was queen size, firm but comfortable, pillows were ok. Aircon in the bedroom was great at was dark for sleeping. It was quiet at night and surrounded by great places to eat and drink. It seemed to be a 6 minute walk to anywhere in the old town and the beach front - a very easy, walkable city.

The only thing was we couldn't get the aircon in the living room to stay on, it kept shutting down.

Beautifully maintained apartment, spotlessly clean and the roof terrace of the penthouse apartment A was a fantastic bonus. Security to enter the building was excellent, even the lift could only be accessed with a key and Virginia the host was delightful and extremely helpful. Very close to the market and old town centre but very peaceful. Good sized Carrefor supermarket very close by. It is probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in.

We had a minor problem with ants in the apartment one day, but it was dealt with very efficiently by the staff. WiFi was a bit patchy.

Super location within easy walk of everything including seafront and next to the great market. Well presented clean accommodation with cleaner after a couple of days. Secure access and great staff. Lovely sun terrace with our apartment.

The terrace was great but I can’t understand why they supply only one sun bed for a two person flat.
