La ubicación está muy cerca de todo lo interesante. El apartamento es espacioso, tiene techos altos y decoración acorde con la ciudad. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones.
Falta menaje de cocina (3 cucharillas, no hay microondas...) El apartamento necesita mantenimiento (balcones que cierran mal, tendedero necesita cambiarse, baldosas sueltas, cambiar luz de led cocina...) Dos habitaciones no tienen ventana y son difíciles de ventilar Ya sabíamos que era un tercer piso sin ascensor pero se hace duro subir varias veces su día. Debajo de la casa hay un bar que genera mucho ruido de las personas que se quedan en la calle.
