La ubicación , que estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario.
El portal donde el apartamento está ubicado,viejo y en muy malas condiciones,con cables sueltos y voces de vecinos. Lo cierto que cuando llegué al lugar fue una muy mala impresión. Por otro lado me habría gustado que alguna vez me hubieran limpiado el apartamento,estuve una semana entera y con la arena que se trae se ensucia bastante ,me dijeron que posiblemente se pasarían por allí a limpiarlo pero no fue así,en otros apartamentos que he estado,limpiaban el apartamento cuando el cliente lo decidía así,eso me costó una caída en el propio apartamento al fregar el suelo y resbalarme .El personal fue amable en este sentido pero sin más. Yo no di problema alguno durante mi estancia ni cuando me caí porque resolví todo yo en mi percance,llamando a mi seguro sanitario y ambulancia para llevarme a un centro médico,afortunadamente todo fue bien.

Buena ubicación si vas al Falla, tranquilo. Perfecto para una pareja. Acogedor. Limpio.
Tienes que recoger las llaves en la otra punta de Cádiz. Estaría bien que hubiera sal y aceite que es necesario para cocinar, más necesario que la pastilla de lavado que agradezco que dejaran aunque no usamos! La cama algo incómoda. Algo caro para lo que ofrece.
