Si, la ubicación inmejorable, lo malo el apárcame que no había pero al tener esa ubicación era lógico, hay garages cerca y a buen precio
El edificio es antiguo, olía un poco a humedad al entrar… ventilamos y se fue el olor. Era algo caluroso en la zona de estar pues el aire acondicionado solo estaba en el dormitorio, tuvimos suerte porque los días que estuvimos hacía fresquito pero si no hubiésemos pasado calor en la zona comedor

La ubicación es muy buena
No estaba muy limpio en cuanto a polvo y el protector del sofá también con mucho polvo. No se ven algunos canales de televisión, las almohadas parecen papel de fumar, muy delgadas, la tarima del suelo descuidada, es horroroso el acceso al piso ya que es un 2• sin ascensor y las escaleras muy empinadas.
