Just a walking distance frm the places that we want to go

the smart lock, at first im like struggling but its fine in the end 😬

Property was clean, very central, and modern. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Building door entry is fine - you enter a code and it unlocks - no problem. The room door is different - you have to download an app, enter a long code, wait, and (in our case) after several minutes, gain entry. It's a poorly designed, overly complicated, and user unfriendly system.

Very central location next to the market, near the Cathedral and Tavira Tower and shopping streets, bars and restaurants. Approx 20 min walk to La Caleta and Santa Justa beaches. Contemporary decor, well organised layout, basic and functional amenities (except a sharp knife for cutting vegetables!). Large fridge freezer. Owner responded very promptly to my enquiry about drying rack and floor brush (found in communal cupboard in the hall). Air conditioning worked well but didn't keep me quite cool enough overnight. Only used roof terrace once because it was so hot but nice to get some fresh air and light.

Some may struggle with app technology of door lock but if you download the app in advance it is quite straight forward and makes the accommodation very secure. Noise travels from interior and street but not too disruptive during our weeks' stay in the apartment. Some basic instructions for the washing machine would be useful and the shower had just one dispenser which I used as shampoo but may have been shower gel...I had to request extra toilet rolls - 2 rolls for a week was a bit frugal...

it was comfortable and clean, being in the city center the access to restaurant and evening walks was easy! the owner was very helpful and supportive with all the questions we had about parking, attractions! i would strongly recommend it!
