Comfortable secure apartment in excellent location with reasonably good facilities.
No Instructions for operating A/c & washing machine; no international access on TV (Spanish only); rubbish disposal instructions confusing and contradictory. Received numerous 'standard' emails pre-arrival suggesting booking-in info had not been completed which was unnecessary (and worrying)when it had been done.

Property was pretty clean, in good localization and despite of central localization still pretty quiet. Well equipped and maintained. Terrace is a plus but could be more arranged.
In the description you can find 70 meters and separate bedroom. The apartment has no more than 35meters and its studio as the only door has the toilet, so totally misleading description. Ground floor gives no sunshine so all the time it’s pretty dark inside.

Location is great – just around the corner from leafy Plaza de Candelaria in the old city, but quiet. If the weather is good the rooftop terrace is a real delight. It's all well-run, clean, with well-equipped kitchens. It's my go-to place to stay if I'm not staying with friends.
I always find the online registration process a bit complicated and it took a phone call to overcome the field I was missing/getting wrong, rather than by email.
