Immobile ristrutturato di recente in una posizione ottimale nel centro di Cadice. La casa era molto ampia e ben arredata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
Nonostante l’appartamento sia stato recentemente ristrutturato ci sono state alcune pecche. Nella descrizione ad esempio era indicata la presenza della lavastoviglie che in realtà non c’è. Inoltre in più occasioni dai bagni o dalle scale del palazzo proveniva un odore sgradevole di fogna. Sempre nelle scale del palazzo abbiamo trovato più volte diversi scarafaggi. Aprendo la finestra del bagno più grande ci si affacciava su un cavedio con diversa sporcizia.

Que te pregunten 3 veces tanto por correo, como por booking, como por whatsapp a que hora aproximada vas a hacer el check in, contestes y luego lleguen 45 min tarde de la hora indicada

La ubicación es perfecta está situada en una zona muy buena de Cádiz y el apartamento está muy bien. La cocina es muy cómoda y la limpieza también sin ningún problema. El baño grande es perfecto.
No hay ascensor para ir al apartamento hay que subir unas escaleras y con las maletas es más incómodo. Uno de los baños es pequeñito pero está bien, la habitación de literas es más para niños porque los colchones son un poco sencillos.

El tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación excelente. La terraza privada estupenda.
Se nota bastante dejadez en el mantenimiento del apartamento. Ascensor averiado no llega hasta la terraza privada. Sofá y sillones desfondados e incómodos. Tv sin apenas canales.
