Die Lage war top, direkt im Zentrum. Schöner Wohn-Essbereich mit Blick auf Rathaus sowie Bars und Cafe.
Zur Terrasse waren es 70 Stufen. Schlechtes Mobilar, kein Sonnenschirm. Schlafräume ohne Fenster, nur schmutzige Schächte. Am Stuhl fehlen Schrauben. Leiste im Essbereich steht ab, Verletzungsgefahr. Kaffeemaschine geht eine Schraube, Griff angegangen und Kaffee auf Hemd und Hose. Übergabe hat 2 min gedauert. Keine Zeit. Terrasse ist oben. Das wart alles!

Está situado muy céntrico y tienes todo muy cerca. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y es muy cómodo para dos personas. Muy contentos con la estancia

Immobile ristrutturato di recente in una posizione ottimale nel centro di Cadice. La casa era molto ampia e ben arredata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
Nonostante l’appartamento sia stato recentemente ristrutturato ci sono state alcune pecche. Nella descrizione ad esempio era indicata la presenza della lavastoviglie che in realtà non c’è. Inoltre in più occasioni dai bagni o dalle scale del palazzo proveniva un odore sgradevole di fogna. Sempre nelle scale del palazzo abbiamo trovato più volte diversi scarafaggi. Aprendo la finestra del bagno più grande ci si affacciava su un cavedio con diversa sporcizia.

El tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación excelente. La terraza privada estupenda.
Se nota bastante dejadez en el mantenimiento del apartamento. Ascensor averiado no llega hasta la terraza privada. Sofá y sillones desfondados e incómodos. Tv sin apenas canales.
