Ubicación perfecta, terraza muy bien, colchón confortable, bien decorado, mantenido y limpio: te encuentras cómodo.
Es un duplex en un segundo (donde se encuentra el WC) y tercer piso (donde está el dormitorio y terraza). Las escaleras son angostas, insufribles y ruidosas ya que cada escalón es más estrecho que la huella del pie y transitar por ellas es complicado y difícil. Las cortinas del dormitorio no tapan la luz de la terraza: si te despiertas con el primer rayo, despídete de dormir mucho. Las flores de plástico tapizadas de polvo añejo, sobran también.
