An authentic flat with local neighbors. It was clean, good location, very reasonable price. They left us dishwasher tablets and a brand new kitchen cloth + sponge which other apartments don't usually do, so that was considerate especially for short trips.
The door code system to access the property doesn't work well. We have been at multiple other apartments using similar systems, and they were seamless. But this one unfortunately wasn't, it's kinda outdated. Also the towels can use some upgrading, they were small and not very new, and the beddings were itchy..

Sfeervol appartement in mooi gebouw. Schoon!
Verwarming, het was ondanks de verwarming toch wat koud. Er mag een warm kleed bij voor 's avonds op de bank.

Good location, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, spacious apartment.
Thin walls, noise from the entrance door lock, little daylight - though I think that's typical of these older buildings which were designed to keep the sun out.
