el código de llaves abre el apartamento, pero no el portal. en nuestro caso tuvo q venir la persona de la agencia a entregarnoslas

El acceso de la entrada al bloque , fallo el remoto , menos mal que fue al llegar y se solucionó rápido

Location is excellent and the place is very spacious

The shower flooded every time we used it from day two, as there was a blockage. ( This can’t be helped ) We contacted them on the second day and they sent a maintenance person who did not clean up after themselves and just left the mop bucket in the bathroom and apparently he plunged it but it happened again on the morning that we checked out , so we were unable for both of us to get a shower. It didn’t just flood a little , it flooded the entire bathroom like no none of the water was going down .We spent so long clearing up and mopping so I'd questioned about a partial refund for the inconvenience and I have received an incredibly rude email back from the customer service team. I had asked on the second day about whether there was an opportunity for us to check out and if it was possible , I knew the terms and conditions but if it was possible to have a refund for the next two nights because I have problem injury with my back and the bed wasn't suitable for me as it was quite soft , I was not rude , I asked nicely and I understood when they said no. They've now sent a very rude email back to me saying that I was demanding a refund and that they found it unacceptable . I'm not sure whether it's just translation but the way that they have communicated has been incredibly poor and me and my husband were on a little honeymoon and we feel really disappointed to receive this service, I understand things happen and can’t be helped which is why we didn’t moan to much about the bathroom floor, but I am , as a person who works in customer service , really disgusted in there response to us.

Sistema de acceso. Se averio la cerradura automatica y no pudimos entrar la ultima noche, estuvimos dos horas en la calle en plena noche esperando a que vinieran los tecnicos. Mal Olor en baño. Las ventanas dejaban pasar el ruido del viento, insoportable.
