La ubicación es muy buena tanto de la playa la Caleta como de la plaza las Flores
Hay que subir hasta una tercera planta pero la terraza es muy buena

La ubicación es perfecta pero no hay aparcamiento en la zona y tenéis que tener en cuenta que hay que aparcar todos los días que os quedéis en un parking. La terraza es una pasada, se estaba genial en ella.
No tiene ascensor y son muchísimas escaleras pero ya se sabia porque lo ponía en la descripción. Solo hay aire en el salón, las habitaciones no tiene. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Hay unos vecinos horribles, a las 1:00 de la mañana estaban con la TV a todo volumen y nos costó muchísimo que la bajaran.
