Casa de Corralón

La ubicación de la casa es espectacular, está muy ambientada y cerca de todo y hasta tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de unas fiestas del barrio de la Viña y poder escuchar dos chirigotas El trato con nuestra anfitriona Maite fue maravilloso, nos recomendó parkings y lugares donde poder comer, a los cuales fuimos y genial también Nos dejó café, tés, dulces... Hemos sido cinco de familia y nos hemos organizado muy bien en la casa,camas cómodas y armarios grandes Contábamos también con un ático-terraza para poder tender la ropa Un viaje precioso para crear recuerdos en familia!

The apartment is in a great location and is near many dining options and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and has a full kitchen.

In total there are four separate rooms in the apartment - a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. The listing says the apartment has air conditioning, but there is only one small air conditioning unit in the living room. The host did provide a fan for us to use in the bedroom, which was a necessity. But saying the apartment has air conditioning when in reality only one of four rooms has an air conditioning unit is like saying the apartment has water when in reality there's only water in the kitchen (and no water in the bathroom.) Then when we did try to use the air conditioning it was leaking water very badly. I messsaged the host and, while she responded prompty, her advice was to just put a bucket on the floor to collect the leaking water. The host was very nice and overall had excellent communications and I realize there was nothing that could be done late on a Sunday afternoon about a leaking air conditioning. And she did apologize for the situation the next day. Unfortunately, though, the presence of only one small air conditioner, which wasn't even working properly, in a four room apartment still caused an inconvenience and discomfort that we wish could have been avoided. In addition to fixing the existing air conditioning, the host should consider adding a second air conditioning unit in the master bedroom.

Pues la atención de Mayte, cuidando que no falte de nada. La comodidad de las camas, la tranquilidad pese a ubicarse en una zona rodeada de bares. Cerca de La Caleta y de bares celebres por su tapeo en Cádiz.

Rien. Tout était parfait. Juste un problème de robinetterie en partant pris en charge par les propriétaires, ultra réactifs (on espère que tout va bien!)
