I had a pleasant stay at the villa. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Lots of places to visit. Everything was near.

Spacious villa with good service

The villa is very spacious, very clean. The best is the people who took care of us during our stay. Putu was there to welcome us when we arrived at night and always availaible via whatsapp. . Kadek, Ayu and Ani came to cook breakfast for us and clean the villa - so gentle and friendly ladies.. They were so quiet when preparing our breakfast which were delicious. The location was great in the centre of Seminyak with so many eateries around. The view from the second floor was georgeous. Had to walk a short walk through many villas to the main street. There was a security guard just outside the villa, only for the night which made us feel safer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well designed, looks new. great location, close to shops as well as to the beach. very spacious and comfortable Putu, the coordinator, was very responsive to requests and arranged for the safe to be fixed quickly.

Luxurious villa in an excellent location

Large two bedroom modern villa with air conditioning and private pool with large glass doors - looks exactly the same as the photos. Excellent services - we had three lovely ladies come daily to cook breakfast on site and clean our rooms meticulously. They then attended again in the evenings to set up the rooms, including mosquito nets over the beds. The location is also wonderful - in a quiet street with other private villas, but still only a 5 minute walk from the main street with restaurants, the beach and KuDeTa beach club. Our flight was late at night and the owner also allowed us late check out.

Great host, great stay and really excellent villa

The villa is in a great location. It is a bit of a drive to the Bukit, but you couldn't have a more central location for the social and beach scene in the Seminyak, Kerobokan, and Petitenget areas. Often 'villas' in Bali are marketed well but feel more like one bedroom apartments near rice. This one was spot on and truly a villa, and good value for money compared to other places we stayed. Everything was great.

thank you for the great service especially Kadak with her hospitality. Really liked the pool and villa is well maintained smart TVs everywhere Netflix ;) ...you can plug in your Apple TV ;) Rice field view is AMAZING from balcony and bathroom well decorated …..and Nespresso coffee machine (Nespresso ..what else) ...KUDETA | Restaurant, Beachclub & Bar 5 min walking distance
