Villa Nana by Pertama Stay

Wow, what an accommodation and what a great location ~ 10/10 !!!  Pertama Stay have thought of everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable in their Villa Nana.  Every room is beautiful and spacious, the outdoor space is stunning and the pool is so cool and  refreshing, the main living/ dinning/ kitchen is huge and perfect for a large group!  Concierge, Juni, goes above and beyond in staying available and in communication with guests to make the transition from arriving to departing as smooth as possible or organising any request you may have. Please note , we were a group of 5, and were quite independent during the days and so one key for the main front gate got a bit tricky and so if you are a large group of adults with different plans during the day you will have to organise a system of keeping the main gate key in the lock box so you dont lock each other inside the villa complex???....that was the only tricky thing we had to co-ordinate NOT a huge thing considering where you are, just requires some organising with your group:-))  The Villa is down the alley from Revolver: great coffee/ lunch/breakfast, Jl. Kayu Aya is full of shops/tattoo shops/spas/Seminyak Square/Cinema/restaurants; 5 mins. walk from the Flea market/ Oberoi/ Kudeta/ beach.  A great find was the cooking school in the Flea market as well as Woerung Bernadette ~ Nasi Goreng and chicken satay! We will definitely be back, Thank you Pertama & Juni for making our stay memorable!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak. The villa was beautiful, incredibly spacious and perfect for our family. We loved that everyone had our own space, and the private pool was a huge hit with our boys. The location was ideal - tucked away at the end of a quiet laneway but still right in the heart of Seminyak. Having Revolver just a short walk away was a bonus, and we found ourselves returning there multiple times during our stay. A special thank you to Sendy, who was so friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. After we had already checked out and were on our way to Nusa Dua, we realised we had accidentally left our passports behind in the villa. Sendy replied immediately, located them within minutes and organised a tracked Gojek courier to deliver them directly to our next accommodation. He kept us updated throughout the process and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something that was handled calmly and efficiently. We are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced and made so many wonderful family memories here. If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious villa in an unbeatable Seminyak location with exceptional service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

De badkamers hebben een opknapbeurt nodig! Veel kalk aan alle douchekoppen en schimmel op de grond tussen de naden.

Location was perfect.

Bedside lamps would have been great. Bean bags were too hot to lie on. Some outdoor chairs would be great. Some tea towels for the kitchen. Bath towels could do with an upgrade.
