We participated in the annual.Iron Mahue Duathalon and wanted a place nearby for family from Auckland to stay.worked perfectly - time tonrest & relax after event then have friends for celebration BBQ! Enjoyed morning visits from a local hen! Had a couple of minor issues that were sorted promptly.

We enjoyed the slow pace of life in this well loved family home. The grounds are perfect for children and the location ideal for those wishing to explore the many beaches, and harbours in the Bay of Islands. The large fridge, oven and BBQ are a bonus.

We had such a fantastic stay at this property very close walk to the beach. Location is great for exploring the surrounding areas. Absolutely beautiful beaches it’s located in a gorgeous part of the country. The house itself is very well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous day.

We had such a lovely stay at Wisteria Cottage & pictures do not do it justice! Everything we needed for a great stay & enjoyed the beach & beautiful hike nearby. Lots of room indoors & out, and ocean is close enough to hear the waves to gently lull you to sleep at night. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing few days relaxing in this fabulous property just 2 mins walk from the beach and a beautiful peninsular track giving fabulous views over he surrounding area.. An exceptionally well presented classic homestead kept to the highest standards - an absolutely wonderful place to kick back, relax and enjoys some downtime. Vicki was amazing host, responded to questions almost immediately and extremely accommodating. We couldn't ask for more - just a perfect break from the hustle of city life.
