We had stayed previously and knew what to expect. it was like coming home to a special place.We love the spacious living area and deck and of course the view.The kitchen allowed us to cook as we wanted to and Karen helped us to fashion a cake tin.

Beds very comfy With plenty of bedrooms and relaxing areas. Views outstanding.Milk in fridge on arrival was appreciated. Plus the use of fishing rods and the piano was an added bonus. Good kitchen. Thank you. However listing needs to be updated to reflect the below.Owners live on property We were Requested to clean before departure but no broom or cleaning equipment to be found. Not even for the one toilet and there were 5 of us. One towel per person provided for 3 nights. Laundry out of action and would have to drive into Kaeo to use laundromat.

Friendly hosts stay in adjoining house but still felt we had privacy…great communication…older home built in the 1800s with lots of character and beautiful views of the harbour. Soaking in the spa with a fantastic view was the highlight of our stay 😊

We had a very wonderful holiday here. The only flip side for is the time we stayed is down pouring. So lot of mosquitoes in the property and some parts of the house don't have electricity due to rain.

The Sunseeker Lodge apartment was fantastic for our group staying over the new year period. Marvellous views over the harbour, a private and sheltered outdoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen gave us a great base to explore the area. The hosts were top notch - so friendly and helpful. Kia Ora! This property was such an awesome treat for my whanau and I, we are a large family and this house accommodated to all ages ranging from 2 years upwards. Check-in and check-out was stress free and the home boasts of a beautiful view overlooking the whangaroa moana. Very clean, cozy and kept my family warm throughout the night. We made use of the spa pool in the spa house - wish the temperature was much warmer though. Overall, it was a pleasure staying here! Will definitely recommend and worth every penny.

We had a great stay, the property is better than it looks in the pictures. The view from the deck is amazing, there is lots of space, the spa also has a great view, and there is everything you need to cook etc. Karen was friendly & helpful.

The Owners we’re very polite, and understanding my family enjoyed their stay especially waking up & having breakfast with a beautiful view. The accommodation & area was so convenient especially with the events we had to attend. I would definitely recommend staying here , the bonus is the spa my children loved their experience!
