location is excellent with great bakery and restaurants close by and all the sites and supermarket and shopping
if you are sleeping on divan in front room it can be noisy outside but that’s not a first world problem

Appartamento davvero molto bello, in palazzo antico con due rampe di scale tranquille; posizione eccellente con affaccio fronte teatro Signorelli (piazza centrale di Cortona). Provvisto di tutto, addirittura di una piccola lavastoviglie da noi scoperta a fine soggiorno ... che dire: per chi vuole vivere il borgo "da dentro" assolutamente ideale. Molto gentile e sempre raggiungibile il mio omonimo host.

La posizione strategica è perfetta
Il rumore provocato durante la notte dai rumorosi passanti e il primo mattino per le pulizie delle strade e raccolta delle bottiglie di vetro. Il problema è stato risolto tenendo chiude le finestre (insonorizzazione perfetta) e accendendo i condizionatori. Personalmente però non amo dormire la notte con i condizionatori accesi, si secca troppo l'aria
