Casa Annateresa is a beautiful apartment located in the historic center of Cortona, an ancient village of Etruscan origin nestled in the heart of Tuscany. The apartment is located near all the services and attractions that the city has to offer but at the same time it lies in a secluded and quiet position, in a romantic square in the immediate vicinity of the main squares.
We are on the second floor of a characteristic Cortonese building and the apartment has been recently renovated with great skill and care to create a high-level environment with quality finishes and materials making it comfortable and welcoming for guests.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, it is ideal for two people or a family with a small child and will allow you to fully experience the historic center where you will savor the sweet life of this beautiful part of Tuscany. Cortona is also the ideal place from which to discover the most beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan cities: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and many others are all less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Rome are easily reachable by train. At the time of booking, before arrival or even to your local concierge once here, you can ask and have access to most exciting and totally private experiences and itineraries as well as most loved in villa services.

The 35 sqm apartment is spread over one level and is composed of a living area characterized by a single environment where we find a beautiful fully equipped hideaway kitchen, a dining table and two comfortable armchairs.
The living room leads to the bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a Smart TV. The room has a private bathroom with shower.
At Casa Annateresa all the furnishings have been treated in detail. Each element is in harmony with the others and has been studied and customized by various local artists and craftsmen who have collaborated in the construction of the property resulting in a most pleasurable experience for the guests.
Casa Annateresa has free wi fi connection and air conditioning and heating (for a fee based on consumption). High chair and cot on request. Animals are not allowed. Present vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dyson for hot/cold/purification.
