For a base, it was ok, not to relax in, not worth the price. Needs updating, cleaning and freshening

The property was close to amenities, heart of the town. The town itself was only 20 minutes to get to the beach. This was great.

I chose this property because it was a non smoker but when we went into the house, the smell of cigarettes was overpowering. We had to open all the windows and buy air freshener but this only helped a little. The smell was in the furniture. The house wasn't up to a good standard, for the price it wasn't worth it. It needs finishing and brought up to the standard of the price. The house wasn't cleaned properly. There was crumbs in the grove of the table and cigarette ends all over the garden, and rubbish bags in the garden. You could feel the dirt on the floor of the house on your socks. The net curtains in one room wasn't fixed on and fell off when we opened the window.

Das Haus ist aus 1945 und demnach kein Neubau. Es besticht durch seine weitläufigen Räume und den vielen Schlafzimmern.

Das Haus hat in den letzten Jahrzehnten viele Besucher gehabt - das sieht man ihm an. Eine Grundrenovierung wäre vielleicht ein erster Schritt. Zudem der unangenehme Geruch im gesamten Haus und einige Anzeichen von Schimmel im oberen Stockwerk.
