The size and layout was perfect for our family: teen, parents, grandparent, with mobility issues. One level for everything was greatly helpful and allowed my mother full-access. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a nice sharp knife with cutting boards, sugar, a little coffee to get us started, oil, vinegar, salt, etc. The landlord was friendly, helpful and available, but not overbearing. Bedding and towels were easily provided, with extras in the cupboards, washing machine worked great and held a larger load than expected. A large laundry drying rack is sufficient, as long as you plan ahead. Separate WC from shower room is helpful for a family visit. Electric shutters on windows of bedroom and living room allowed everyone to sleep until needed. Thermostat worked well. The town is charming and offers a great hamburger bar and fully stocked grocery store across the square. We would stay here again if visiting Normandy. I would love to sit on the patio in the warmer weather. Very cute!
The sliding entry door is heavy - helpful to have a “door handler” as it was a bit much for me and required two hands and some shoulder strength.
Birds living in the patio area are loud and sound a little strange until you get used to them.
