Quiet location, very clean, easy parking, excellent shower.

Your website said there was an oven. There wasn't. Microwaved pizza not good. We couldn't go out because the weather was awful and we were exceptionally tired.

A perfect stay for a couple of days, it has all you need

It was a pity just to stay one night, it was a really great apartment! It has all you need: fridge, washing machine, kitchen, a tv, wifi, a big kitchen/ living room and a big bed room. The host seems kind and trustful.

You have to push the door up when you lock the door. We had no clue and spent 20 min on trying to close and lock it, and then we had to sleep with an unlocked door until the host sent us a message in the morning. Maybe it is a known way to lock doors, but we didn't know :P It was hair on the floor, so not very clean everywhere.

An excellent, well equipped apartment- we would definitely stay there again.

Modern, spacious and well equipped. very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Some blinds/curtains would be useful in the lounge area as the sun shines directly into the room, making it impossible to see the TV. The room gets quite warm, so blinds/curtains would provide some welcome shade.(a small point, but worth a mention). The same applies in the bathroom as there are me curtains, so not too private at night.

Propre, spacieux, à 10 minutes du centre à pied. Parfait pour visiter le Cotentin. Parking disponible dans la rue.

La circulation lorsque comme nous, on dort la fenêtre ouverte. Les fenêtres neuves sont très isolantes, donc fermées plus de problèmes

Séjour d'une nuit seulement. Parfait.

Accès facile du fait que l'appartement soit au Rez De chaussée. Nous étions garés dans la rue juste devant l'appartement. Calme la nuit malgré la présence d'un rond point tout proche. Appartement propre dans l'ensemble et petites attentions (madeleines, café et savon) appréciables. Centre ville accessible à pied en 10 /15 minutes. Accueil du propriétaire au téléphone agréable.

Au top ! Le studio est très confortable il y a tout se qu'il faut en terme d’équipement. La literie et le linge de maison sont de qualité. Julien a mis en place un livret d’accueil avec des informations utiles ainsi que de bonnes adresses de restauration ou lieu de visites. L'endroit est calme et l’on peut se garer aisément.
