Buyer beware! Extra fees not listed and unclean facilities!
The location was good
Total agreed upon price is NOT the total price. Owner charged an extra fee for "late check-in," which was not stated in the final price, nor the listing, nor the booking email, nor the booking.com messaging platform. I stated arrival time when booked and was not late for the stated time. Owner accepted the booking with the time information and then charged 30PLN extra upon arrival. We had to pay in person and had no choice. We argued but the owner still charged us. This is a bait and switch tactic used to take advantage of booking.com customers. I used booking.com for transparency on pricing, that is the whole reason for booking.com's existence. Agreed upon price was not honored. Appalling lack of customer service. Buyer beware!!! I have been traveling for 25 years all over the world and have never experienced this. Property - hair in both beds (of various lengths, the review would only allow me to upload one photo, I have many as proof) - dirty walls - broken electric components - moths in the bathroom - poor designed shower (be careful getting in and out) - no heating - windows do not shut properly

Fantastic stay. I highly recommend this apartment, if you're considering staying here, just do it! Well worth it. I will be coming back again for sure!
